Is This a Holodeck World Sometimes?

When this happens all of us that are seeing the change are in the holodeck world. It is an internal hologram of the actual world. It is a very real world that is only in our mind’s world. Maybe the simulated world could change our actual reality either in all locations of the universe or only in a local area. Maybe just on our planet. There would therefore be a boundary around the planet.
