According to our scientific understanding of things, The universe is not locally real. The Universe Is Not Locally Real, and the Physics Nobel Prize Winners Proved It | Scientific American
What does this mean? He is a metaphor to explain it. The ocean is the waves on the surface of the ocean. There cannot be waves if there is no ocean. The waves are not locally real. Our minds and all the objects we see are waves on the surface of the ocean. We are not real separately from the ocean. Believers in God could say the Ocean is God and all is a unity and an aspect of God. An atheist like myself will claim that the ocean is without mind. It did not intentionally create the waves. The all powerful ocean is what we depend on to exist. I say there is the all powerful physical universe and it is what we are. It is not separate parts. It is one wave or ocean that is non local. There are no separate places or things like we think. Quantum entanglement shows us that everything is linked as one thing and space between things does not separate things. The universe is only real when we see it as oneness – One place that is all places – One object that is all objects – One Self that is all selves.
When mind first evolved from no mind it was instantly cosmically conscious but unaware of it. After reading this you may have now realized cosmic consciousness or God consciousness if you would rather call it all God. God is what everything is. The only question I have now is did God have a mind in the first place or did cosmic consciousness evolve out of mindlessness? What difference does it make if any? The oneness of it all is here now either way.
