Non Duality – This is That.

Non Duality – This is That.

It need not be a problem – atheist or believer. If it is God or a God that we serve and are devoted to, or if it is the group of believers that we serve and are devoted – because there are no Gods – need not matter. We can be devoted to and serve the group either way.

We can be devoted to and serve many Gods groups or Buddha groups. They have varying degrees of dogma – in some the only dogma is devotion and service to the group.

Many teach non duality. I adhere to this idea of non duality. In this view there are not 2 separate things. We can be devoted to and serve “All Powerful Oneness” or “All Powerful All” or “All Almighty”

It is the people that are this. Everything is this. All powerful Oneness is us , but we are not it. It is us but we are not it. We can see it as a spectrum of individuality and oneness. Sometimes we see ourselves as individuals and sometimes as oneness with no individuals. This is that is a way to express non duality. There cannot be one without the other.

All of the people and all of the events that take place in our experience are simply expressions of “this is that.” Everything is simply Buddha, or God, or Almighty all in this particular expression or form. We only experience a very small aspect of the big picture that includes everything. The big picture is us and it’s not us. This Is that.

When we have difficulties it is just “this is that.” It is just God, or group, or Oneness, or Buddha in this form of difficulty. It is just Buddha or God or Oneness doing all of this to us and for us. There is no difficulty separate from us. The difficulty is us. In this way it is easy to accept and solve. Every problem comes with its solution. The problem is the solution. We might as well laugh. We might as well be happy and grateful. The problem is nothing.

Buddha taught that “That which is form is formless and that which is formless is form. Nothing is everything. Everything is nothing. “This is that.” It is a really really big “that.” We can handle this. It is “that”

I hope you experience the grace that is this. It is ineffable. It is all powerful.
