Try looking at a #1 on the screen , then close your eyes and try to see it still. Try to hear the thought say #1

This is how they communicate with us. Develop it. Listen for them all day and try to hear and see from them while you’re asleep. Write down any dreams you have. They might be about something that will happen later in our world.
