We need to World Human Fairness Agreement. We need absolution and exoneration. All those not agreeing to stop being unfair will be locked up until they agree. Agree or be locked up. Punishing for past crimes is never going to create justice for all. The way I just described is the way that will work, and it is the only way that will work. I know this from logic and reason. We need to change the social structures and cultural ideology of the humans. Doing others wrong is not allowed in this ideology. This ideology is not currently the way it is. Being unfair and doing others wrong is big problem and it escalates into all of our wars. It is the cause of a deep wound in all human beings from childhood on.
