When we have the World Fairness Agreement in place it will be easy to agree on what we do about the past before Fairness World was established. Many of us favor a moratorium – forgiveness and mercy for all – because people acted as they did because of unfairness world they were in.
We may not get it to happen without offering everyone mercy and forgiveness with no penalties.
