His argument is a trick. He brings up “transcendence” He brings up morality as proof of a transcendent God otherwise we would be able to do whatever we want.
Noting is outside of that which is everything. Nothing is beyond it. Nothing transcends it. Everything is within it. There is no transcendence. There is only realization of the divine all powerful all. You can see it as not divine. It will not be lessened by us or anything else.
We all have from mindless evolution the sense of fairness. Or it came from non-evolution. Are there any other ways that fairness happened form? Perhaps there is and so we include that too.
The taste of salt cannot be defined but we know what it is. It does not require a definition and one may not be possible. This is how fairness is.
We have no requirement of a transcendent God, but we do have a requirement of fairness for all and from all. This is the divine or most need law.
